The rooms at the front of Waterford House have some of the best views of Cowes Harbour and the Solent, whilst the rooms at the back of the property overlook the garden and Northwood Park.

The self catering accommodation is arranged over four floors and comprises six bedrooms which can sleep up to 12 people. There is a bathroom, shower room, shower/utility room and cloakroom. The open plan kitchen diner can sit up to twelve people and the kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher etc. The reception room is equipped with TV, DVD and stereo and a phone and fax point. Outside there is parking for a car on the front hardstand, and to the rear you can enjoy the west facing walled garden which is laid to lawn with flower beds.

The entrance to Waterford House is off Castle Road, Cowes, up a few steps to the front door. Once in the front door you go through an outer lobby, into the entrance hall with a spiral staircase to the first floor. There is a shower, utility room and cloakroom off the entrance hall and access to the rear garden.

At first floor level the kitchen/diner is to the rear overlooking the garden and the reception room to the front. The kitchen diner is approximately 18' x 14' with galley style kitchen and dining table and chairs. The reception room is 19x18 with views of the harbour and many charming period features and furniture.

The six bedrooms on the second and third floors are either twin or double bed rooms and are all of good size.The rooms overlooking the water enjoy unrivalled views of the harbour and Solent.

The bedroom overlooking Cowes harbour on the second floor can come supplied with either a kingsize double or two single beds. There is a bathroom on the second floor and a shower room on the third floor.

Waterford House is a family home that is available for holiday lets throughout the year subject to availability. Apart from providing ideal accommodation for sailing regattas such as the Swan European Regatta, Classic Yacht Regatta and the Little Britain Cup, it can also provide tranquil and spacious accommodation from which to enjoy a holiday or short break in the Isle of Wight at any time of the year.

The property is suitable for up to 12 people to stay in a holiday home on the Island.
